The EIA’s “This Week In Petroleum” puts stock levels in perspective with some good charts… Here are crude oil, gasoline and distillate stock levels compared to 5 year highs and lows:

While stock levels still grow and look burdensome, when we compare them to demand by using a days supply crude oil and distillates look similar to last year (not worse)… Gasoline need some help from demand… The days supply charts are a little misleading in that they don’t include export demand which are above last year…
