Saudis, Iran sparring again… Reuters – Commodity Research Group

Reuters reports:

“OPEC experts last week, designed to work out details of cuts for the next OPEC ministerial gathering on Nov. 30, saw Saudis and Iranian clashing again, according to five OPEC sources who were present at the meeting and spoke to Reuters on condition of anonymity.”

Note that the lower part of the chart shows implied volatility, a standard deviation measure derived from options trading which gives us a sense of “fear” in the market place…
