”San Antonio-based Valero Energy Corp. has boosted its Canadian content to record levels. The company processed more than 190,000 barrels of Canadian oil a day during its second quarter, according to the refiner. The company expects rail shipments from Canada to continue rising, and its refineries have enough capacity for more than 300,000 barrels a day, said Gary Simmons, a senior vice president at Valero, during an earnings call in July.”
